WBCLUB
WorkBuddyClubClub-like small team
WBClub is a club-like small team formed around shared interests and skill practice.
It gives people a lighter rhythm for sharing WorkBuddy skills, practice notes, questions and work, gradually forming circle-level consensus.
Lighter does not mean unbounded; participation creates no automatic membership, employment, partnership or official status.
A LIGHTER COMMITMENT
WBClub feels like a club-like small team: a shared theme without one hard result carried by everyone.
Lighter means a relationship can start from curiosity, practice and sharing instead of immediate division of labor, delivery or commercial responsibility. It still needs boundaries, respect and continuing contribution, while allowing different levels of commitment and different lengths of stay.
01 / CLUB STRUCTURE
Shared interest gathers people; practice keeps the relationship from becoming talk alone.
The minimum WBClub is not a large chat group. It is a small circle willing to keep learning, practicing and helping around one recognizable theme.

INTEREST
A shared focus
It may be a WorkBuddy skill, an AI work method, an industry practice or a recurring real problem. A clear theme gives people a reason to meet again.

PRACTICE
Exchange working notes
Sharing includes prompts, workflows, failures, artifacts and live questions—not only conclusions. One real practice carries more weight than a status label.

CIRCLE CONSENSUS
Form local consensus
A circle may develop its own language, standards and habits. It does not need to represent all of WBC or present local consensus as collective consensus.
A WBClub may have hosts, curators or contributors. Those roles apply only within a stated scope and do not make someone a representative of WBC.
02 / CLUB RHYTHM
The club feeling comes from repeatable encounters—not the size of a group chat.
A future WBClub should use a low-friction, sustainable rhythm so people know why to return, what they can do and when they may leave.

MEET
Begin with one WBE
A specific WBE can introduce people around a theme. A Club can form only if both the circle and participants explicitly choose to continue afterward.

SHARE
Return with something
A small practice, question, template or facilitation can be a contribution. Contributions need not be equal, but they need to be real.

LEARN
Keep consensus revisable
A Club is not an opinion bubble. New evidence, objections and failed experiments should be able to change its methods and judgment.
No public WBE or WBClub application channel is open today. This section defines an operating principle, not an event notice.

WBE, WBClub and WBCoffee are not three names for the same thing.
They answer three different questions: how people meet, why they keep returning and what they choose to complete together.

WBE / EVENT
One pop-up scene
A Host convenes and Guests attend. The relationship for that event is complete when the event ends; Club membership does not follow automatically.

WBCLUB / CIRCLE
Keep meeting around an interest
People return for the theme, skills and practice. They form circle-level consensus without carrying one hard outcome together.

WBCOFFEE / GOAL TEAM
Form a team around a goal
The relationship enters Coffee form when people choose a concrete goal and begin forming roles, tasks, decisions and a shared result.
A Club never has to graduate into Coffee. Some of the most useful relationships should remain lightweight, open and learning-led.
04 / FUTURE PARTICIPATION
Future WBClub participation should begin with one clear theme and one real contribution.
Applications are not open. When a Club is released, it should state its theme, roles, rhythm, information boundary and exit path.

Understand the theme first
Read the public record and decide whether the Club’s problem is relevant to you. Following alone is not membership.

CONTRIBUTE
Bring one real input
A practice note, question, artifact or facilitation can qualify. The allowed use of a contribution needs to be clear.

STAY
Choose a continuing relationship
A continuing club relationship exists only when both the participant and the specific Club choose it with the boundary understood.
Any future “member” label should point to a specific Club and a clear rule set—not a generalized identity that represents all of WBC.
THREE TRUTH AXES
The WBClub concept is defined; member relationships have not been proven in the field.
Separating the organizational idea from actual operation lets every future Club be honest about its own state.

Only this explanation is released. No public event, application, roster or WBClub authorization mechanism is open.

Field evidence is 0. We cannot publicly claim a continuing, verifiable WBClub small team exists yet.
PUBLIC BOUNDARY
WBClub is not an official certification, talent pool or hidden recruiting funnel.
A lighter team form still needs to say clearly what it cannot create automatically.
- No publicly confirmed affiliation, authorization or endorsement exists between WBClub and Tencent or its WorkBuddy product.
- Attending a WBE, sharing content or joining a chat does not automatically create WBClub membership.
- Member, Host, curator and contributor labels do not create employment, agency, equity, legal partnership or return rights.
- No public member scale, active Club count or external outcome evidence exists. Field evidence is 0.
