WBC is the community and collective-action layer for the AI work transition.
It connects the understanding, practice and solitude of one person working with AI to a real layer where people can learn together, form relationships and act. WBC contains two team forms: WBClub and WBCoffee.
This is a public explanation—not a Tencent-authorized program, franchise, hiring drive or return offer.
THE MISSING LAYER
The era may be changing fast, yet one person can still feel alone in front of an AI tool.
News creates a sense of the times. Tools extend individual ability. A layer is still missing between them: one where understanding becomes relationships and relationships become shared action—close enough to move with the era and human enough to breathe at an individual pace. WBC is being built for that layer.
01 / NAMING
One shared direction, two team forms.
WBC is the shared public brand and interface for WorkBuddyClub and WorkBuddyCoffee. WBClub and WBCoffee describe two forms with different levels of commitment.

WBC
The community and collective-action layer for the AI work transition. It is not a third membership tier beside Club and Coffee.

CLUB-LIKE TEAM
WBClub
Short for WorkBuddyClub: a lighter circle organized around WorkBuddy skills, practice notes, shared interests and circle-level consensus.

VENTURE-LIKE TEAM
WBCoffee
Short for WorkBuddyCoffee: a small team that accepts real collaboration around a concrete, more demanding shared goal.
Club and Coffee are not ranks or an automatic progression. A person may choose either form, both in separate contexts, or neither.
02 / WBE
A WBE creates one encounter; it does not make a relationship decision for anyone.
WBE is short for WorkBuddy Events. It is a bounded, pop-up scene: someone convenes, others attend, and one activity is completed together.

SCENE
One event
A talk, practice session, discussion or shared experience can be a WBE. Event roles end when that event ends.

WBE-HOST
Host
The Host owns the topic, boundary, rhythm and care of one event. Hosting does not create an agency, employment or partnership role in WBC.

WBE-GUEST
Guest
A Guest joins one specific event. Attendance does not make someone a WBClub member, WBCoffee teammate or project partner.
Different parties may convene WorkBuddy-related events. Unless a specific event page says so and provides a verifiable source, it is not a Tencent or official WorkBuddy product event.

Participation is a sequence of real choices, not a badge selected on a form.
No application channel is open on this site today. The path below describes a future participation logic, not an active recruitment funnel.

UNDERSTAND
Be able to restate it
Understand what WBC is building, what it is not, and how Club differs from Coffee. Clear objections and better questions are useful participation too.

ENCOUNTER
Meet in one WBE
Only a specifically released WBE can define Host and Guest participation. One attendance never binds a person to a later identity.

CHOOSE
Choose a team form
Form a WBClub around a shared interest or a WBCoffee around a concrete goal. Every continuing relationship requires explicit mutual choice.
There is no automatic membership, team placement, agency or partnership. Any future path needs its own scope, exit and evidence record.

1000X and DENS are working concepts—not operating programs or proven networks.
The names describe a possible future collaboration system. They help make the direction discussable, but cannot be used as claims about scale, participants or results.

1000X
Hard-enabling DonePartners
“1000” is directional, not a current headcount. A DonePartner is imagined as someone who can finish consequential work and materially enable others. The identity and mechanism are not yet released.

DENS / FILAMENT ACTION
Digital Entity Network System
“Filament Action” is a working name for a proposed system in which people, teams and digital capabilities across real-world nodes become legible, collaborative and able to learn as a network. It has not been built.

CO-EVOLUTION
Not a sequence puzzle
1000X may provide a backbone for DENS; DENS may make DonePartners easier to form and coordinate. The two can shape each other without pretending either already exists.
There is no public 1000X roster, DENS node, participant count, partnership or network-performance evidence. Neither concept grants partnership, equity or return rights.
THREE TRUTH AXES
Keep “explained,” “opened” and “happened” separate.
WBC shows definition, release and evidence together so a complete website cannot be mistaken for a mature organization.

DEFINITION
This page publishes a v1 explanation of WBC, WBClub, WBCoffee, WBE and the current working concepts.

RELEASE
Only the understanding interface is released. No event, membership, Coffee team, 1000X or DENS participation channel is open.

EVIDENCE
Field evidence is 0. A live site, internal documents, page views and self-description are not real-world validation.
PUBLIC BOUNDARY
This is a direction statement, not an identity, commercial or return commitment.
Until a specific release and verifiable real-world evidence exist, these boundaries apply across every WBC page.
- No publicly confirmed affiliation, authorization, co-hosting or endorsement exists between WBC and Tencent or its WorkBuddy product.
- WBC is not a coffee franchise and makes no guarantee of stores, jobs, customers, income or investment returns.
- Labels such as Host, Guest, member, teammate or DonePartner do not create employment, equity, legal partnership, agency, return or other legal rights.
- There is no verified WBC community scale, WBCoffee team, physical Coffee, 1000X roster or DENS network. Field evidence is 0.
