WBC is the community and collective-action layer for the AI work transition.
Between era-level excitement and the solitude of one person facing an AI tool, a layer is missing: one that moves with the times while breathing at a human pace. WBC is being built for that layer.
Two team forms: WorkBuddyClub and WorkBuddyCoffee. Not a Tencent-authorized program or a coffee franchise.
THE MISSING LAYER
People need a layer where understanding can become relationships and relationships can become shared action—close enough to the era to move with it, and close enough to the self to remain real.
TWO TEAM FORMS
WBE creates a moment of encounter. WBClub develops a circle around shared interests. WBCoffee forms a team around a concrete, demanding goal.
00 / ENCOUNTER
A WorkBuddy Event is a flash scene: a Host organizes and Guests participate. It lets people meet, but does not automatically turn anyone into a member or partner.
01 / CLUB-LIKE TEAM
A lighter small team organized around WorkBuddy skills, practice notes, shared interests and a circle-level consensus. It does not require everyone to own one hard outcome.
Explore WBClub02 / VENTURE-LIKE TEAM
A small team starts with a specific, harder goal, then forms roles, tasks, choices, collaboration and Return around it. Opening a Coffee is not the sole test of whether the team existed.

WBE is the encounter entry; WBClub and WBCoffee are the two team forms; 1000X and DENS are outward working concepts. They are not four parallel parts or a mandatory promotion funnel.
Host + Guest meet in one WBE.
WBE does not automatically lead to Club. Club does not automatically lead to Coffee. Coffee collaboration does not automatically create employment, equity, legal partnership, income rights or a 1000X identity.

This release separates WBC’s public narrative into five complete pages while preserving the Build Log, machine interfaces, and field-evidence-0 boundary.
Preserves the initial 2026-07-10 framing; WBC's current definition was updated by Multipage v1 on 2026-07-21.
One released Markdown source becomes a website, structured index, LLM entrypoint, and raw text.
EVIDENCE BOUNDARY
A real reply, objection, introduction, meeting, willingness to build, payment intent or delivery result may change the next loop. Internal excitement and page views do not.
